What we do
We will help with any residential project, such as a house extension , loft conversions,
garage conversions, garden rooms, internal alterations or annexe buildings.We will advise on what permissions are needed such as Planning and Building Warrants.We can also advise on whether your project is permitted development.We can also assist with Energy Calculations (SAP10)
and Energy Performance certificates (EPC) for New Builds.

20 -50 sq metres - Planning / Design £1600
Then for Building Warrant / Construction £1500 - £1900
Garage Conversions
Single Garage - Planning & Design & Building Warrant £1500
Double Garage - Planning & Design & Building Warrant £1800
Loft Conversions
Single Room - Planning & Design & Building Warrant £2000
2/3 Rooms - Planning & Design & Building Warrant £2500
